SuperHi Plus is a program by SuperHi, making it easier to recruit promising creatives from around the world and mentor them to become educators. As Head of Design at SuperHi, I led the project’s creative vision and managed a team of three to launch this sub-brand. The site is peppered with playful interactions as a nod towards the collaborative nature of this program. Upon launch, the site had over 14k visitors, doubling expected applicant numbers. It also acted as a brand awareness tool, increasing traffic to SuperHi’s marketing site by +47%.

Headless Horse
Design
Headless Horse is a small design studio, and we needed a new portfolio site. The redesign reaffirmed the studio’s proposition: to create unique digital experiences. We reflected the investigative nature of our design process, creating a physical “criminal investigation” wall. This served as the foundation of our website, allowing users to discover our work. The website was featured across platforms like Site Inspire, and received a commendation at the Scottish Design Awards 2020.

Creative Direction
Eden Room is a ‘virtual sanctuary’ offering wellness services. The key brand identifier is the keyhole element, inspired by Japanese Moon Holes found in traditional garden settings. These portals into another world served as the perfect visual element to communicate how The Eden Room was a space to enter and beyond the keyhole was a world to discover.

Hello there! I’m Panna, a designer working remotely out of rainy Scotland. I’m currently leading all brand and marketing design efforts at edtech startup SuperHi, including its recent rebrand. I previously worked at Headless Horse, a small creative studio, where I defined and branded high-end boutique brands across tech, wellness and fashion.

Alongside my work at SuperHi, I frequently work with and mentor budding designers. I’m truly passionate about making the design industry more accessible for young designers, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. If you’re a designer looking for mentorship or even just a quick chat or portfolio review, please feel free to reach out to me.
